From Global Atelier’s bespoke programs like Tuscan Atelier to World Access initiatives focused on equity and accessibility, our process ensures inclusive, sustainable, and impactful learning journeys.
Discover
We begin by collaborating with local communities and global partners to identify opportunities for cultural exchange and hands-on learning. Whether it’s working with artisans in Tuscany, entrepreneurs in Zimbabwe, or educators in the U.S., our programs are designed to bridge traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation.
Through our Discover phase, we ensure every program is rooted in local heritage, cultural preservation, and sustainable practices, creating a deep, meaningful impact for both participants and host communities.
Develop
Our programs are tailored to the needs of each region and community, with a focus on building creative, sustainable solutions that foster global connections.
Through Global Atelier, participants engage in immersive workshops that connect them with craftsmanship, design, and local innovation. Programs like Tuscan Atelier explore Italy’s artisanal traditions, while upcoming initiatives in Germany and Slovakia will focus on design and sustainability.
With World Access, we provide grant-funded opportunities in Zimbabwe, the U.S., and beyond, creating all-access pathways for cross-border learning. Our goal is to open doors for underrepresented learners, ensuring everyone can participate in global education.
Deliver
We provide end-to-end experiential programs that combine logistics, cultural immersion, and hands-on learning. Each journey includes accommodation, meals, transportation, and interactive workshops, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience from start to finish.
Our programs emphasize practical engagement, from crafting with artisans in Italy to building entrepreneurial skills in Zimbabwe, ensuring participants leave with real-world insights and lasting global connections.

About our Founder
Kathleen Grevers brings over 20 years of experience as a global educator and program leader, developing immersive learning opportunities that bridge higher education, cultural exchange, and sustainability initiatives. Her work spans professional development workshops, study abroad programs, and cross-disciplinary collaborations, partnering with institutions ranging from art and design universities to Ivy League schools.
With a focus on breaking down borders through education, Kathleen has led nation-to-nation collaborations, cross-border grant development, and culturally contextualized programs. Her leadership roles have included driving institutional revitalization efforts at Michigan’s only Historically Black College, developing ethical design and sustainability-focused courses at Rhode Island School of Design, and consulting for schools in Scotland, Italy, South Africa, and the Netherlands. She has worked extensively with fashion industry leaders, promoting ethical practices and worker rights advocacy through policy development and educational programming.
Kathleen’s nonprofit expertise is grounded in her commitment to equity, access, and sustainability, particularly in the fashion and creative industries. Her work at Fashion Revolution USA included developing cross-border grant funding to advance worker rights and sustainable practices in global supply chains.
Through Seemore Global, Kathleen brings her passion for sustainability, cultural exchange, and global citizenship to life. Her mission is to ensure that people from all backgrounds have access to transformative cultural experiences, fostering a deeper understanding of ethical practices, social responsibility, and global interconnectedness in a changing world.
