About our Founder
Kathleen Grevers brings over 20 years of experience as a global educator and program leader, developing immersive learning opportunities that bridge higher education, cultural exchange, and sustainability initiatives. Her work spans professional development workshops, study abroad programs, and cross-disciplinary collaborations, partnering with institutions ranging from art and design universities to Ivy League schools.
With a focus on breaking down borders through education, Kathleen has led nation-to-nation collaborations, cross-border grant development, and culturally contextualized programs. Her leadership roles have included driving institutional revitalization efforts at Michigan’s only Historically Black College, developing ethical design and sustainability-focused courses at Rhode Island School of Design, and consulting for schools in Scotland, Italy, South Africa, and the Netherlands. She has worked extensively with fashion industry leaders, promoting ethical practices and worker rights advocacy through policy development and educational programming.
Kathleen’s nonprofit expertise is grounded in her commitment to equity, access, and sustainability, particularly in the fashion and creative industries. Her work at Fashion Revolution USA included developing cross-border grant funding to advance worker rights and sustainable practices in global supply chains.
Through Seemore Global, Kathleen brings her passion for sustainability, cultural exchange, and global citizenship to life. Her mission is to ensure that people from all backgrounds have access to transformative cultural experiences, fostering a deeper understanding of ethical practices, social responsibility, and global interconnectedness in a changing world.
