    Yes, travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. Seemore Global requires proof of travel insurance prior to departure. Your policy must include coverage for:

    • Trip cancellation or interruption

    • Emergency evacuation and repatriation

    • Lost or delayed baggage

    • Coverage for design workshops and any potential risks associated with crafting activities

    Credit Card Travel Insurance:

    Proof of coverage must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the program start date.

  • Seemore Global reserves the right to cancel or postpone the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • Political instability or government travel advisories

    • Natural disasters

    • Instructor availability

    • Insufficient enrollment

    In the event of cancellation by Seemore Global:

    • Participants will be offered a full refund of program fees, excluding any third-party expenses such as airfare.

    • Seemore Global is not responsible for additional costs incurred by participants (e.g., airfare, visa fees, or non-refundable travel arrangements).

    We strongly recommend booking flexible or refundable airfare and ensuring your travel insurance includes trip cancellation coverage.

  • Participant-Initiated Cancellations:
    If you need to cancel your participation, please notify Seemore Global in writing at the earliest opportunity.

    Refunds will be issued according to the schedule below:

    • 90+ days before the retreat start date: Full refund of the program fee, minus a $500 administrative fee

    • 60–89 days before the retreat start date: Refund of 50% of the program fee

    • Less than 60 days before the retreat start date:No refund will be provided

    Please note that all refunds will be processed in the original payment method within 30 business days of receiving the cancellation request.

    Program Transfers:
    If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another eligible participant with prior written approval from Seemore Global. All transfer requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date. Seemore Global reserves the right to approve or deny any transfer request.

    Seemore Global-Initiated Cancellations:
    Seemore Global reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat under the following circumstances:

    • Force Majeure Events: Natural disasters, political unrest, public health emergencies, or other events beyond Seemore Global’s reasonable control.

    • Minimum Enrollment Requirements: If the retreat does not meet the required minimum number of participants.

    • Instructor Availability: In the event that a key instructor becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

    In the event of a Seemore Global-initiated cancellation:

    • Participants will receive a full refund of the program fee, minus any non-refundable expenses incurred by Seemore Global on their behalf.

    • Seemore Global is not responsible for additional costs incurred by participants, including airfare, travel insurance, visa fees, or other non-refundable travel arrangements.

    We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover any potential trip interruptions or cancellations.

  • Seemore Global prioritizes the safety and well-being of all participants. Our team will provide:

    • Pre-departure travel guidance, including health and safety protocols

    • A local emergency contact and 24/7 support during the retreat

    • Recommendations for safe exploration of Florence and Tuscany

    We encourage all participants to register with the U.S. Department of State’s STEP Program (Smart Traveler Enrollment Program) or their country’s equivalent.
